UI/UX Design in Riyadh

Design that survives contact with a real product. We work in the same file the developers build from, so what is drawn is what ships — in both languages, in both directions, in light and dark.

What the work covers

User Interface Design
Screens, states and components, not just the happy path. Empty states, errors, loading and long Arabic strings are all designed, because those are the screens people actually hit.
Prototyping & Wireframing
A clickable prototype before the build starts, so disagreements about how something should work happen while they are still cheap to settle.
Design Systems
Tokens, type scale, spacing and components documented once and reused, so the fifth screen costs a fraction of the first and the tenth still looks like the same product.

Built for the Saudi market

  • Arabic typography is not Latin typography

Arabic letterforms join. Letter-spacing that reads as refined in English severs those joins, and a weight that exists in a Latin family often has no counterpart in its Arabic one. Each script gets its own type settings.

  • Mirrored, not flipped

Under right-to-left the layout mirrors but the content does not: phone numbers, prices, dates and Latin product codes must keep reading left to right inside an Arabic line. Getting this wrong produces text that looks plausible and is wrong.

  • Designed for the device people use

Most web traffic in Saudi Arabia is on a phone. Layouts are decided at phone width first and widened from there, rather than drawn on a desktop canvas and squeezed afterwards.

What it costs

Three published packages, from 2,000 to 10,000 SAR, cover most of what is described on this page. Anything outside them is quoted after a scoping conversation.
